Weight Of Motor Vehicle
The Department may determine the limit of weight of a motor vehicle in respect of any public place. Where the limit of weight of a motor vehicle is so determined, no one shall drive, or cause to be
driven, the motor vehicle in that public place in excess of the limit of weight so determined.
